2. Quotes and Payments
Project quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Work will begin once payment terms have been agreed upon. Certain projects may require a deposit before work commences.
Failure to make payments on time may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and project requirements.
- Supply all necessary content, images, branding, and login credentials when required.
- Review submitted work promptly.
- Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe.
Delays in receiving required information may affect project timelines.
4. Website Design Projects
Website completion times depend on the scope of the project and the timely delivery of client content.
After project completion, clients are responsible for maintaining website content unless an ongoing maintenance agreement has been arranged.
Curte Marketing is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or software providers.
5. Advertising Services
Digital advertising results depend on numerous factors, including competition, industry, market demand, advertising budgets, and platform algorithms.
While Curte Marketing follows industry best practices to maximize campaign performance, we cannot guarantee:
- First-page Google rankings
- Specific sales or revenue figures
- Lead volumes
- Advertising approval by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other advertising platforms
Advertising platforms may change their policies or algorithms at any time.
6. SEO Services
SEO is a long-term marketing strategy. Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates and competitor activity.
We do not guarantee specific rankings or immediate results.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final approved website designs and graphic design files created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed.
Curte Marketing retains the right to display completed work within its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- TikTok Ads
- WordPress
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, or policies implemented by these third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Curte Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
10. Confidentiality
All client information shared during a project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services or where required by law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
Any work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or where specifically agreed in writing.
